RESIDENCY AGREEMENT

Imorral Dragons Alliance Residency Policy:

-- Imorral Dragons Alliance claims control of the entire region of Cloud Ring, the following ploicy is vaild throughout this region for all non-alliance residents

-- Player Owned Stations (POS) Policy:

Resident Corporations and Alliances may anchor POS within Cloud Ring with the following constraints:
POS location must first be approved by the Alliance Leadership
No Large POS may be anchored
POS may not at any time claim soverignty. Immediately on soverinty being claimed by a resident alliance that alliance will become Kill on Sight and all assets will be frozen.
POS may not online any refining array (See mining policy)
POS mining moon minerals will be subject to a 15% tax on the net profit per month

-- Ratting Policy:

Resident corporation or alliance pilots may rat in any system within Cloud Ring with the exception of XZH-4X
Any loot is to be refined in the station at G8AD-C
Any non-faction loot is to be sold on the Cloud Ring Market at a reasonable price
Faction Loot may be put on contract at the owner's discretion in any region

-- Mining Policy:

Resident corporation or alliance pilots may mine in any system within Cloud Ring with the exception of XZH-4X
All minerals mined with Cloud Ring are to be refined in the station at G8AD-C
Roquals are premitted for mining operations but minerals are not to be jumped to empire for refining
There is no alliance directives on sustaining belts; asteroids may be popped at the individuals discretion

-- Station Access:

Resident corporation or alliance pilots will be granted free access to all stations / outposts within Cloud Ring
Resident Corporations may apply for a Corporation Office in the station in G8AD-C at a cost of 300 million ISK per month

-- Military & Intelligence Policy:

Imorral Dragons operates a NBSI policy within Cloud Ring
All resident pilots are required to be part of the Cloud Ring Intelligence Channel: CR LAND
Information on neutral pilots within Cloud Ring is to be passed in the above channel to include as much detail as posisble
Resident Corporation or alliance pilots are not required to participate in Imorral Dragons military operations, however, pilots may join operations if they wish
Warp Disruption bubbles may be anchored as required but are to be taken down either when the operation requiring them is finished (or on a pause) or when asked by a member of Imorral Dragons. Their location is also to be posted in the Intel Channel and updated when anyone asks for an intel update
Imorral Dragons do not guarentee the safety of resident corporation or alliance pilots and property, however, any neutral action within Cloud Ring will elicit a suitable repsonse from Imorral Dragons

-- Politics:

Resident Alliances and Corporations are to make thier Diplomatic Representatives known to Imorral Draogns
Resident Corpoations and Alliances are required to set standings as dictated by Imorral Dragons
Resident Corporation and Aliiance pilots are not to communicate to third parties on behalf of the Imorral Dragons, all requests for information should be forwarded to the Imorral Dragons' diplomats or leadership
